30 Sep 2026 Resale prices dipped 0.2% in Q3 2026 by HDB's flash estimate, the third quarterly fall in a row. Resale volumes were about 5% higher than a year earlier. Read on hdb.gov.sg

22 Aug 2026 Income ceilings raised to $16,000 for families and $8,000 for singles, for HFE letters applied for from 24 August 2026. The October BTO exercise moves to November. Read on hdb.gov.sg
