BTO ranges are HDB's selling prices for flats offered in each town in its latest financial year with data. “After grants” is HDB's own figure net of the housing grants for eligible first-timer families, where published. The resale median covers the same flat type in the same town over the last 12 months. “Resale vs BTO” compares the resale median with the middle of the BTO range. HDB publishes this table for non-mature towns only. ¹ New 2-room flats are 2-room Flexi, which can be bought on short leases, so they aren't compared with resale 2-rooms.

New flats booked each year

Flats booked by buyers in each financial year (April to March), from HDB's annual figures.
