2,739 HDB resale flats were sold in Aug 2021, 3% more than in Jul 2021 and 13% more than a year earlier. The median 4-room flat sold for $476k ($470 per sq ft), 14.1% up on a year before per square foot. 26 flats sold for $1 million or more (5 a year earlier). 19 new town records were set.
