2,004 HDB resale flats were sold in Dec 2023, 6% fewer than in Nov 2023 and 10% fewer than a year earlier. The median 4-room flat sold for $564k ($553 per sq ft), 5.1% up on a year before per square foot. 48 flats sold for $1 million or more (28 a year earlier). 14 new town records were set.
