2,204 HDB resale flats were sold in Sep 2024, 15% fewer than in Aug 2024 and 12% more than a year earlier. The median 4-room flat sold for $610k ($599 per sq ft), 10.7% up on a year before per square foot. 106 flats sold for $1 million or more (42 a year earlier). 21 new town records were set.
