2,139 HDB resale flats were sold in Oct 2024, 3% fewer than in Sep 2024 and 2% fewer than a year earlier. The median 4-room flat sold for $619k ($607 per sq ft), 10.8% up on a year before per square foot. 103 flats sold for $1 million or more (40 a year earlier). 18 new town records were set.
