2,313 HDB resale flats were sold in Jan 2025, 10% more than in Dec 2024 and 12% fewer than a year earlier. The median 4-room flat sold for $618k ($606 per sq ft), 9.6% up on a year before per square foot. 119 flats sold for $1 million or more (74 a year earlier). 17 new town records were set.
