2,091 HDB resale flats were sold in Feb 2025, 10% fewer than in Jan 2025 and 2% fewer than a year earlier. The median 4-room flat sold for $624k ($609 per sq ft), 9.9% up on a year before per square foot. 121 flats sold for $1 million or more (49 a year earlier). 26 new town records were set.
