1,899 HDB resale flats were sold in Mar 2025, 9% fewer than in Feb 2025 and 7% fewer than a year earlier. The median 4-room flat sold for $628k ($618 per sq ft), 9.8% up on a year before per square foot. 108 flats sold for $1 million or more (60 a year earlier). 15 new town records were set.
