2,491 HDB resale flats were sold in Jan 2021, about the same as in Dec 2020 and 30% more than a year earlier. The median 4-room flat sold for $448k ($440 per sq ft), 12.2% up on a year before per square foot. 13 flats sold for $1 million or more (4 a year earlier). 11 new town records were set.
