2,202 HDB resale flats were sold in Aug 2025, 14% fewer than in Jul 2025 and 15% fewer than a year earlier. The median 4-room flat sold for $627k ($618 per sq ft), 6.2% up on a year before per square foot. 141 flats sold for $1 million or more (105 a year earlier). 15 new town records were set.
