2,562 HDB resale flats were sold in Jul 2025, 13% more than in Jun 2025 and 16% fewer than a year earlier. The median 4-room flat sold for $625k ($612 per sq ft), 4.4% up on a year before per square foot. 167 flats sold for $1 million or more (120 a year earlier). 15 new town records were set.
