2,123 HDB resale flats were sold in Feb 2024, 19% fewer than in Jan 2024 and 16% more than a year earlier. The median 4-room flat sold for $570k ($554 per sq ft), 5.5% up on a year before per square foot. 49 flats sold for $1 million or more (24 a year earlier). 16 new town records were set.
