2,266 HDB resale flats were sold in May 2025, 1% fewer than in Apr 2025 and 9% fewer than a year earlier. The median 4-room flat sold for $630k ($619 per sq ft), 9.0% up on a year before per square foot. 142 flats sold for $1 million or more (73 a year earlier). 18 new town records were set.
