1,895 HDB resale flats were sold in Feb 2022, 22% fewer than in Jan 2022 and 12% fewer than a year earlier. The median 4-room flat sold for $485k ($480 per sq ft), 8.1% up on a year before per square foot. 29 flats sold for $1 million or more (23 a year earlier). 21 new town records were set.
