1,958 HDB resale flats were sold in Oct 2022, 24% fewer than in Sep 2022 and 22% fewer than a year earlier. The median 4-room flat sold for $530k ($526 per sq ft), 9.1% up on a year before per square foot. 38 flats sold for $1 million or more (20 a year earlier). 21 new town records were set.
