2,130 HDB resale flats were sold in Nov 2022, 9% more than in Oct 2022 and 17% fewer than a year earlier. The median 4-room flat sold for $530k ($520 per sq ft), 8.3% up on a year before per square foot. 26 flats sold for $1 million or more (29 a year earlier). 22 new town records were set.
