2,234 HDB resale flats were sold in Dec 2022, 5% more than in Nov 2022 and 8% fewer than a year earlier. The median 4-room flat sold for $530k ($526 per sq ft), 8.0% up on a year before per square foot. 28 flats sold for $1 million or more (36 a year earlier). 19 new town records were set.
