2,551 HDB resale flats were sold in Jan 2023, 14% more than in Dec 2022 and 4% more than a year earlier. The median 4-room flat sold for $530k ($522 per sq ft), 7.9% up on a year before per square foot. 40 flats sold for $1 million or more (27 a year earlier). 26 new town records were set.
