1,837 HDB resale flats were sold in Feb 2023, 28% fewer than in Jan 2023 and 3% fewer than a year earlier. The median 4-room flat sold for $535k ($525 per sq ft), 9.4% up on a year before per square foot. 24 flats sold for $1 million or more (29 a year earlier). 17 new town records were set.
