1,853 HDB resale flats were sold in Jun 2023, 17% fewer than in May 2023 and 13% fewer than a year earlier. The median 4-room flat sold for $545k ($538 per sq ft), 6.7% up on a year before per square foot. 34 flats sold for $1 million or more (31 a year earlier). 24 new town records were set.
