1,974 HDB resale flats were sold in Sep 2023, 20% fewer than in Aug 2023 and 23% fewer than a year earlier. The median 4-room flat sold for $555k ($541 per sq ft), 5.0% up on a year before per square foot. 42 flats sold for $1 million or more (45 a year earlier). 21 new town records were set.
