1,661 HDB resale flats were sold in Feb 2026, 29% fewer than in Jan 2026 and 21% fewer than a year earlier. The median 4-room flat sold for $620k ($607 per sq ft), level with a year before per square foot. 122 flats sold for $1 million or more (121 a year earlier). 9 new town records were set.
