3,036 HDB resale flats were sold in Jul 2024, 40% more than in Jun 2024 and 48% more than a year earlier. The median 4-room flat sold for $600k ($586 per sq ft), 9.5% up on a year before per square foot. 120 flats sold for $1 million or more (32 a year earlier). 25 new town records were set.
