1,933 HDB resale flats were sold in Apr 2026, 5% fewer than in Mar 2026 and 16% fewer than a year earlier. The median 4-room flat sold for $638k ($619 per sq ft), 0.6% down on a year before per square foot. 137 flats sold for $1 million or more (141 a year earlier). 10 new town records were set.
