2,126 HDB resale flats were sold in May 2026, 10% more than in Apr 2026 and 6% fewer than a year earlier. The median 4-room flat sold for $630k ($619 per sq ft), level with a year before per square foot. 165 flats sold for $1 million or more (142 a year earlier). 15 new town records were set.
