2,125 HDB resale flats were sold in Jun 2026, about the same as in May 2026 and 6% fewer than a year earlier. The median 4-room flat sold for $621k ($616 per sq ft), level with a year before per square foot. 188 flats sold for $1 million or more (132 a year earlier). 12 new town records were set.
