2,309 HDB resale flats were sold in Aug 2022, 2% fewer than in Jul 2022 and 16% fewer than a year earlier. The median 4-room flat sold for $515k ($503 per sq ft), 7.0% up on a year before per square foot. 33 flats sold for $1 million or more (26 a year earlier). 20 new town records were set.
