2,024 HDB resale flats were sold in Dec 2025, 22% more than in Nov 2025 and 4% fewer than a year earlier. The median 4-room flat sold for $631k ($616 per sq ft), 1.1% up on a year before per square foot. 144 flats sold for $1 million or more (95 a year earlier). 15 new town records were set.
